the hotel provided a great room service twice a day the ladies were very friendly and efficient the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to different dietary needs i especially appreciated the healthy and balanced food choices available the parking was convenient with ample space and a nice shuttle service from the parking area to the room was provided
i found that the open plan bathroom in the room lacked privacy the shower design caused water to spill across the floor after each use the air conditioning unit was positioned poorly it blew directly onto the bed during the night i thought the steps into the splash pool were quite slippery and a handrail would have been helpful

The hotel staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. My room had a private jacuzzi with awesome sea views. What a luxury! The buffet was great, boasting lots of choices and the head chef gave me a personal tour to explain all options. I also enjoyed spacious and comfy sun beds.
The drink prices seemed a bit expensive compared to nearby places.

the hotel is modern and the rooms were immaculate. a good sized terrace included a hot tub. the reception staff were friendly and there were golf buggies to take luggage to the room.
I found a lack of privacy on the terrace. We had a splash pool room. there were also no handrails and steps into the pool were quite slippery.

The hotel offers a nice room design. I stayed in a Double Room Jacuzzi Sea View. The layout of the room worked well. The pool area and bar had a good design.
The air conditioning unit was badly situated. It blew directly onto the bed. The food was often too cold. Drinks were expensive .

The food at the restaurant was consistently of a high standard. Our room was super clean and included an outdoor private space (a very welcome addition).
The air conditioning unit was poorly situated and blew directly onto the bed. I found a lack of privacy on the terrace with our splash pool room.
